Data is table stakes.
Basepoint has 89 map layers and around 155 live feeds. That is the starting point, not the product. The product is what runs on top: screening, design, financial models, and agents that keep all of it current.
Every number shows its source.
A figure from an agent links back to where it came from. If it cannot be grounded, the system says so. A confident wrong number in this business costs years.
One system, no exports.
A site screen becomes a layout, then a yield model, then a financial case, then a project record. Change the setback and everything downstream moves with it. That is where the speed comes from.
Agents do the work. People make the calls.
Our agents run screens, redline layouts, watch queues, and draft memos. They do not sign the PPA. Everyone here talks to customers every week, and the roadmap is whatever those customers are trying to get built this quarter.
